La Calificadora Internacional es un instrumento de medición creado por el Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Derecho Internacional, para evaluar las infracciones al Derecho Internacional y las condiciones de riesgo derivadas, dentro de los países involucrados en algún conflicto bilateral o multilateral; así como la gravedad de las violaciones a sus compromisos internacionales que debilitan el estado de derecho.
The International Rating Agency is a measurement tool created by the Institute of Superior Studies of International Law, to assess the infringements of International Law and the resulting risk conditions, within countries involved in bilateral or multilateral conflicts; as well as the severity of the violations of their international commitments that weaken the rule of law.
L'Agence de notation internationale est un outil de mesure créé par l'Institut d'études supérieures de droit international, pour évaluer les infractions du droit international et les risques qui en découlent, dans les pays impliqués dans des conflits bilatéraux ou multilatéraux; ainsi que la gravité des violations de leurs engagements internationaux qui fragilisent l’état de droit.
