The International Rating Agency is a measurement tool created by the Institute of Superior Studies of International Law, to assess the infringements of international law and the resulting risk conditions, within countries involved in bilateral or multilateral conflicts; as well as the severity of the violations of their international commitments. On a scale of increasing negativity from 1 to 10, each threat to international peace and security is parameterized in each case; as the colors green, yellow and red, indicate the degree of danger that such actions represent for the international community.
On a personalized basis and at the request of States, companies, organizations, or individuals, the ISSIL International Rating Agency issues reports analyzing the risks and problems caused by infringements committed by States, to investment, trade, or international relations projects in any of their areas, whether planned or already underway in countries in conflict; proposing strategies to mitigate the contingencies and the resulting damage.
The proposed solution strategies are always susceptible to implementation by the Institute itself, and by the Firm specializing in International Law, Gutiérrez Baylón & Laschelle.
